Consignment Acceptance Policy: a. We accept children's clothing items in good condition, free from stains, tears, or excessive wear. b. Clothes should be freshly laundered before being brought in for consignment. c. Clothing items should be relevant to the current season and in line with current fashion trends for children.
Pricing Policy: a. The pricing of consigned items will be determined by the store based on the brand, condition, and market value of the item. b. The consignor will receive a percentage (agreed upon beforehand) of the selling price for each item sold.
Consignment Period: a. The consignment period will last for 120 days from the date of acceptance into the store or 3 pop-up events, whichever comes sooner. b. Unsold items may be discounted during the final weeks of the consignment period at the store's discretion.
Payouts and Settlements: a. Consignor payouts will be made at the end of each month for items sold during that period. b. Payments can be made through cash (50%) or store credit (60%), as agreed upon with the consignor.
Item Withdrawal Policy: a. Consignors may request to withdraw their items from the store before the end of the consignment period, subject to a withdrawal fee or administrative charge. b. Items withdrawn early should be collected within a 1 week; otherwise, they will be considered donated to the store.
Donations: a. The store may choose to accept donations of children's clothing items that do not meet the consignment criteria or have not sold after the consignment period. b. Donated items will be used for charitable purposes.
Damaged or Unsaleable Items: a. Damaged or unsaleable items will not be accepted for consignment. It is the consignor's responsibility to ensure the quality of items before bringing them in. b. If any damage is discovered during the consignment period, the store reserves the right to remove the item from the sales floor.
Seasonal Acceptance: a. The store may have specific periods during the year when they accept certain seasonal items to align with customer demand and inventory management.
Lost or Stolen Items: a. The store will take reasonable measures to safeguard consigned items but is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
Store Policy Updates: a. The store may update or modify its consignment policies from time to time. Consignors will be notified of any changes via email.
